In the years that Cassandra worked on our wholesale mobile product she was a force for the good of the customer and achieved this in many ways. Cass developed a strong single point of truth for customer documentation and drove for quality and consistency. Cass was also a fearless advocate for the customer and provided information that customers wanted but were otherwise not getting. Where there were contractual or product limitations however Cass also had no problem defending these requirements where necessary. In the B2B space if you have complex or technical products Cassandra is an awesome marketing manager.
