As Director I source contracts and employ a team of professionals to facilitate each contact. Contracts in recent years have include Positive Parenting a programme written by Positive Links and accredited through the Open College Network. This programme provided parenting skills with embedded functional skills to help prepare young people for their roles as parents. The programme was delivered across children centres on behalf of Enfield Local Authority and Haringey Local Authority. Positive Links has also provided an external auditor and quality assurance role for a number of accreditation bodies.

Facilitation of the quality review group, monitoring of the consultants register, to ensure it meet sector needs in terms of quality improvement specialisms. I managed a number of educational contracts across central London and was responsible for the information advice and guidance contracts for London Central. My role also included lead contract management for the LSC's European Social Fund (ESF) contact for London Central and the management of the local intervention development fund. This was a 3 million pound contract to assist local authorities in providing tailored training programmes to disadvantaged learners within their boroughs.
