Casie is a highly-motivated professional who made an impact to everyone working at Provant. She has never ceased to impress anyone she comes in contact with. She does not falter at challenges, but instead grow and become more energetic. Casie is a natural leader; leading her team members on projects and daily operational tasks. Her creativity not only benefitted the department but flowed through the organization. During the busiest time of the year, we worked on building the Wellness Program for the organization. This project was a huge undertaking as it took a tremendous amount of time and effort after-hours to build and implement. The program was a success and acquired great adoption; definitely a big win for organization and proof of her skills. Casie will always be highly recommended by her peers, managers, and myself.

Regional Coordinator, Client Services
-
Jan 2013 - Aug 2014
Provant Health Solutions provides biometric screenings and health coaching to companies in the hopes of educating and inspiring change in employees lifestyles to incorporate healthy choices. My job as a Regional Coordinator is to hire, train, and manage a group of 30+ health care professionals (called Team Leads) over 9 states that are our onsite managers at the biometric screening events in their region. I am also involved heavily in project management and development to aid the efficiency and growth of the company as it expands nationwide. Recent projects include Onboarding procedures and guides for Regional Coordinators and Team Leads as well as Statistical representation of Team Lead event history and performance utilizing Salesforce Reports and Dashboards. Worked largely after hours to pioneer and build an internal wellness program for our company that achieved great adoption and success. Gained experience writing proposals, securing funds, designing and implementing the program and managing sensitive health information. Show less
