 Deployed at the client site, Essilor Philippines as Sr. Manual QA. Managed and trained 2 to 3 Jr. QA’s and identify their training needs for upskilling, assigned and delegated priority tickets, monitor their progress, and perform reviews on Test Cases created.  Improved and increased the company’s website traffic by 25% through constant testing of website performance using JMeter and Screaming Frog. Using Google Analytics and PageSpeed Insights was able to detect potential issues with each article on the website before deploying in Production.  Able to keep the website 100% readily available and healthy through Performance testing using JMeter. This increase also the website traffic which signifies a good user experience on using the website.  Developed and implemented a test automation framework in Selenium – Phyton which resulted in an increase of 50% in the productivity of QA resources. This automation initiative ensures lesser manual intervention of our QAs in software testing that prevents human error.  Eliminate 90% of production issues by automating the software testing using Selenium–Phyton which is mostly due to missed execution of TCs, misunderstanding of requirements, and insufficient test coverage.
