Casey has served me a mentor for the past ten years. Even in L.A., even in the music industry, Casey has proved to me that you never have to give up an ounce of integrity to be successful. Besides all the lovely, flowery things, Casey has a business acumen that seems to be innate. Sure, he's educated and experienced, but how he knows what to do in even the most novel of circumstances...I can't answer that one. He's an amazing one-man-band but even better as a leader. I've seen him book an event, staff it, decorate the venue, sell it out, and run it the day-of; it was turned around in less than a week and it wasn't the first or last time. His capacity for creativity and problem-solving has galvanized me to pursue fulfilling work and I continue to rely on him for guidance and inspiration to this day.

Casey displays a keen understanding of his trade and has been a key player in the overall success of my live music venues/night clubs over the years. He consistently thinks of new ways to improve operations, to enhance the customers experience inside the club and to maximize the bottom line. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services to another club owner.

Alyssa Carson - ever since she was a little girl, Alyssa Carson has had her heart set on the stars. At only 3 years old, she told her father, “Daddy, I want to be an astronaut, and be one of the people that go to Mars.” He had no idea that this seemingly offhand statement would actually become the birth of a meaningful lifelong endeavor. At just 17 years old, Alyssa's list of accomplishments include witnessing 3 Space Shuttle launches, attending Space Camp 7 times, Space Academy 3 times, Robotics Academy once, and multiple Sally Ride Camps. In 2012 and 2013, she furthered her education at Space Camp Turkey and Space Camp Canada, becoming the first person to attend all three NASA Space Camps in the world. Alyssa is also the first and only person so far to complete the NASA Passport program, visiting all 14 NASA Visitor's Centers stretching across 9 states. In January 2013, NASA invited her to be on the MER 10 panel in Washington DC to discuss future missions to Mars live on NASA TV. She was later selected as one of seven ambassadors representing Mars One, a mission to establish a human colony on Mars in 2025. More than anything, Alyssa is driven by an insatiable desire to live life to the fullest; to break through the ceiling of possibility and make a positive and lasting impact on the world. "Always follow your dream and don't let anyone take it from you." -- Alyssa Carson

THE CENTRALSocial Aid & Pleasure Club"It takes longer to say the name of this Santa Monica nightclub than it does to feel comfortable once you've walked in the front door. Central Social Aid & Pleasure Club operates in the space that was formerly the longtime location of 14 Below, but it has a totally different atmosphere. The homey front bar doubles as a DJ lounge, with mirrors and red brick walls looking down on a big fireplace and a sporty grotto with a 42-inch flat-screen plasma TV. The adjoining music hall (capacity 150 people) features an admirably diverse array of indie-rock, electronic, singer-songwriter and hip-hop musicians. The Roots' Questlove stops by sometimes, and the club has hosted promising local indie rockers like Liz Pappademas & the Level. On top of that, CSAPC aims to be "the center point for progressive culture, social activist and globally conscious organizations to hold community meetings, benefits and rallies." Central opened in August 2010 in the spirit of New Orleans' social aid and pleasure clubs, while retaining the ambiance of a Westside neighborhood bar. Proudly declaring that "we don't judge, but we also don't have a blender," the bartenders have a full bar with premium whiskeys and pump draft beers ranging from Lagunitas IPA, Fat Tire and Mirror Pond Ale to blue-collar stalwarts like Schlitz and Pabst Blue Ribbon. There's a parking lot behind the club, as well as street parking. Ages 21 & over." - LA Weekly

What began as a neighborhood juke joint, has become an institution. Established in 1977, by a group of young music fans (The Fabulous Fo'teen) to provide a place for Professor Longhair to perform in his final years. The venue, named for one of Longhair's most enigmatic recordings "Tipitina." In the past 25 years, Tipitina's has grown from a small, neighborhood bar into an international music icon. The venue has expanded into a two-story, 1,000 capacity music venue located at the famed corner of Napoleon and Tchoupitoulas. Tipitina's is now a non-profit Foundation which raises funds to supply the NOLA schools with instruments & resources to carry on the rich musical tradition the city is reknown for.

Wagatail has become a prominent talent buying, brand-marketing and event-promotion company by sticking to its roots, by only working with quality national artists, and creating a unique experience with every show. The mission from the start has been to our bands, fans, and production teams involved, a unique and full experience from the moment we confirm a show, until the last amp is loaded out the venue. The three things guaranteed from the start of the company, which will never change, is that when bands do a show with Wagatail: they leave the concert being treated with 100 percent top-service and professionalism; fans feel like they came to an experience and not just a concert; quality music and art is showcased at all times. Currently Wagatail books rooms in California, Louisiana, Alabama, and Georgia.
