I am the Marketing Manager at Rocky Mountain Oils and I managed Casey Parsons who held the position of our Affiliate Marketing and Referral Specialist From January 4th, 2021 to February 4th, 2022. Casey is intrinsically motivated and always looking for new ways to improve the Affiliate Program. This included but was not limited to: creating challenges for our affiliates to drives sales, creating social media groups for affiliates to interact with our corporate team and with each other, and analyzing what promotions were the most effective for different types of affiliates. Ms. Parsons is incredibly responsible and detailed oriented. One of my favorite things about Casey is that she doesn't let anything fall through the cracks. Her attention to detail and documentation made it very easy as her manager to see what was being done in her role and where she needed support.
