He invests in their professional development, career aspirations and makes sure everyone knows they’re a valuable part of the team. Casey is a great leader, mentor and friend. Casey still to this day is one of my closes friends, which I don't say a lot especially to those that managed me at one point. He knew how to guide and motivate our team with care, communication, and most importantly by example. The way I strive to manage my teams today is based upon many of the values and skills I learned directly from Casey. He's a hard worker and always stands up for his team and what's right both in and out of the workplace. I appreciate him for taking a chance on me as a young college student as he guided and coached me up in multiple skills I was lacking at that time in my career. Any company should consider themselves blessed if they get Casey to lead and guide their organization.
