      Project Management: manage the development, routing, image editing, and QC of digital assets from pre- and post-production through execution for print, web, and social media. Track production calendar to ensure on-time delivery of all projects.• Photo Shoot Pre-Production: build and maintain shot lists (15 major plus 20-30 additional seasonal and holiday shoots.) Coordinate/schedule media kick-off meetings with Designers and Art Directors regarding product pages and launches (4/season, mobile) and handle follow-ups. Track deliverables versus brand-wide calendar. Communicate any concerns or delays and troubleshoot solutions. • Digital Execution: assist in digital process of site launches (4 site refreshes/season) and weekly site execution. Work with stylists to review/mark up all images and ensure accurate online display of product/color. Partner with producers that product selection is accurate. Prepare images for retouching and gather samples for color and detail reference. Review metadata for all product and call out needed fixes.• Social Media: support Photo Art Directors on social process timeline deliveries and delivery of approved of social assets to Pre-Media. Review edits/mark-ups for accuracy and communicate needed retouches. Collaborate with Digital and Social Teams to review assets and usage. Route digital distros to teams for merchant feedback. Serve as liaison between merchants and Creative; gatekeeper between merchant needs and social media goals.
