With 30+ tentpole campaigns under my belt, my copywriting reached all corners of Kiva: emails, social posts, the mobile app, video scripts, strategic initiatives, partnerships, and the Kiva web platform. I worked on everything from crisis communications during the initial months of the pandemic to our implementation of Kiva Protocol in Sierra Leone. From technical copywriting for our new MFA system to sensitive content distribution around the Black Lives Matter movement, I earned quite a holistic experience. My favorite aspect of my job, always, was telling the stories of the people we helped around the world. Beyond strategic and executional work, I also enjoyed being the main contributor to our Inclusive Content Framework and the Social Committee Chair of the Womxn's ERG. Show less
