As a recruiter at Covenant, I am responsible for the effective communication of career opportunities on our fleet to perspective drivers. Recruiters here are tasked with explaining why we are better than other companies in the transportation field and why it's advantageous for them to come drive with us. I meet weekly goals set by the company and help mitigate turnover within the Covenant driver pool. It's a fast paced, exciting role I am successful in.
