Casey is a dedicated and highly accomplished Yoga teacher and therapist. In addition, she is kind and generous with her time and expertise. I recommend her for caring and highly effective Yoga classes and individual Yoga therapy sessions. She will help you to unravel tensions in your mind and body and support you through the process.

I offer healing services to our animal friends, both domestic and wild. Healing Touch and Core Muscle Release for animals offers many benefits, starting with relaxation, which results in better circulation, improved immune system, ability to heal from injuries, behavior modification, better focus, improvement in chronic issues, and much more. Animals are much more perceptive of their energetic surroundings than are humans, and respond very well to both energy modalities and Core Muscle Release. Both are recommended for athletic animals to keep them healthy. Older animals also benefit from holistic healing modalities to keep them more comfortable in their later years. Working with animals is very rewarding as they show their appreciation, though not in words. I also offer Healing Touch for people wishing for an energetic approach. Show less
