In my time working with Casey as a Community Manager, she was able to elevate her colleagues and increase her performance in a way many others could not. As a result of these efforts, she was promoted to a Team Leader position where I reported directly into her. She was able to show empathy and provide viable solutions to allow myself and her other subordinates to get things done. Casey has built fantastic relationships not only with her subordinates, but with almost everyone within the company, and there is scarcely a person who would have a bad thing to say about her or her work ethic.
