  he Manager for the Business Analyst Team is responsible for leading and managing a team of Business Analysts, Statutory Analysts and Business Architects in Bedford. They work with a Product Management team in the UK and development teams in Bedford and India developing and maintaining a software product portfolio which we sell to Local Authority customers. The BA Manager defines the roles, responsibilities, project allocations and performance expectations for the Analysts team and drives forward the discipline and team within the organization. The BA Manager will develop and implement a strategy for Business Analysis that will ensure for effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring of Business Analysts throughout the organization. The Analysis Manager will also institute and ensure the adherence to defined performance objectives, goals and growth opportunities for Analysts.
