  I worked in several restaurants through high school and college and loved it all. I wore a neck bandanna, walked on peanut shells, dropped trays, slung drinks (including something called cactus juice that I swear could strip paint off a wall). My experience in the restaurant business carried over into my later career and will always be a part of me. I would love to own a brew pub one day…. or at least be a regular at one.
