Casey has evolved into a proven leader throughout our time together working on various project management opportunities. He always went above and beyond for the project team he helped lead, ensuring team cohesion and unity throughout the project life cycle. Casey’s approach to task management has helped him become a trusted asset who holds himself to a higher standard, allowing him to exhibit true leadership qualities. As it pertains to his academic and extra-curricular prowess, Casey has proven to me that his ceiling is limitless. In addition, Casey demonstrates a high-level work ethic - always setting the bar higher for himself and his teammates. His comprehension in the field of project management enhanced his project team’s combined understanding through his collaborative efforts. Without a doubt, Casey has the motivation and ambition needed to excel in any team environment. He is a true asset with unlimited potential.

I have been teaching for over eight years, and in that time there are a select few students that truly impress me with their knowledge, dedication, and leadership. Casey is one of those students that can take his team to another level. I taught Casey in the final capstone class for his B.S. degree at Davenport University. His team's final project was one of the best I had the privilege of reading and seeing. The main reason why his final was so good was because of his work ethic. I am hoping that I get a chance to work with Casey or to have him in another class.
