In addition, I will conduct a comprehensive financial analysis of the impact the economics involved have on my client’s core business. Furthermore, my colleagues and I at Stream are able to handle any other commercial property types my clients need assistance with, including but not limited to: retail, data centers, flex/warehouse office space, industrial (manufacturing/distribution/warehouse), equity partnerships, and build-to-suit developments. This consists of touring potential tenants on site, as well as drafting and thus negotiating different proposals in order to agree on a contractual obligation for both parties. My core responsibilities include assisting with lease transactions, analyzing trends in the Austin market, and acquiring and obtaining new clients. Casey works directly under the two Managing Directors in the office division, and learns first hand from two individuals with over 15 years of commercial real estate expertise.
