I was responsible for acquiring new Real Estate Agents for our retail side, as well as new clients on our new construction side. Monthly sales goals are to acquire clients for the agents to close 3 properties each. Goals are met by creating effective e-mail campaigns with follow-up, social media marketing, website development, Google AdWords, remarketing campaigns, client education, & retention. I was also responsible for event planning for multiple events a month (in-office), and selling sponsorships for each event. I would conduct monthly training seminars for all agents working for both sides of the company on sales tactics and closing techniques.
