Logistics Controller

In my current position as Logistics Controller within FUJIFILM Europe B.V. I am responsible for overseeing the financial and operational performance of Fujifilm's Logistic Service Providers (LSP) within the EU. I support the various Business Domains (BD) by developing and maintaining performance measurements as well as giving insight in the various cost structures. I identify trends and analyse particular occurrences and ensure that proper improvement measures are taken. Furthermore I support the BS's by supplying information for steering and controlling the logistic costs. Besides this primary task I am also responsible for preparing (consolidated) budgets, cost allocation models, benchmark activities and give support to various improvement projects. In order to achieve maximum efficiency, rationalize complex structure / activities, ensure continual improvement and establish proces control I make use of SAP, Excel, Power BI and various other tools.Personal characteristics like accurate, analytical, communicative, critical, reliable and thorough, in combination with my professional attitude, make my current function as a Logistics Controller to a success .
