      This is a job that I have been able to do over many summers since completing my A-Levels, fitting in with my further education. 2016 - 2 weeks 2017 - 2 weeks 2018 - 8 weeks 2019 - 4 weeks 2020 - 2 weeks While in this job I helped the front desk for 8 weeks meaning I built up a relationship with the students, parents and members of the public to solve a range of issues. This gave me confidence for problem-solving when coming into contact with issues I would not have faced before, but also the skill of answering the phone and thinking on the spot. I worked within the Administration team allowing me to benefit and learn from my colleagues. I would often find myself completing administration tasks using programs such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word which I am now comfortable about using and would like to continue to use and extend my skills. When inputting GCSE's onto the College system I would be using the college computer program to place the data onto their systems while also getting the chance to engage with the incoming students. Working in the library I would be using their programming systems to either be doing inventory or putting large quantities of books onto the system. Lastly, I worked as an exam invigilator for the 2018 A-Level Exams. Show less
