Caryn is one of the most tenaciously observant executives I have met in years. From the significant and insignificant, effective and ineffective, successful and unsuccessful, Caryn has the most effective skill-sets to affect change within an organization. Her legal and planning backgrounds compliment her role and responsibilities as City Manager, and her work ethic and style create improvement in all who work with her. Working with Caryn improved our work quality and our desire to better serve our customers. Certainly one of the best next-generation City Managers in the country.
