During the summer of 2018 I spent time learning the ropes of a major media company near school in Cincinnati. Cumulus is known for producing and broadcasting several radio programs across the country, however I only worked with five of their stations native to Cincinnati. While I was at Cumulus, I spent time preparing for events, coordinating with other members of the promotions/marketing department, aiding to conduct consumer outreach functions such as giveaways, getting broadcast airchecks to their respective customers, and of course keeping my ears open to learn from a team of professionals.
