I am currently in charge of four fabricators, issuing drawings and scheduling their day-to-day operations. Efficiency is key in our industry, so understanding the fabricators' strengths and weaknesses is key in assessing what project goes where. Also, I am in charge of Quality Control and confirmation of measurements. Making sure each component and assembly is within a 1/16" of the drawing. I am the person that makes sure all the puzzle pieces are there before we put it all together.
