I am a worker who will do whatever it takes to get things done. I am highly efficient and can complete tasks with quality and with 100% effort. As an employee, I've been told how great my work ethic is and how well I am able to work with my co-workers. I value optimism and productivity as well as being prepared and on-time. This was my first job and it had pushed me to be a great employee. I closed on most nights and worked whenever I could. I was able to get a 50 cent raise in my first 2 months because of my efficiency and effort put into the job. I found a better opportunity at Taco Johns and put in my two-week notice at Pizza Ranch. • Entrepreneur for Lawn Mowing Business
      • May 2018 - Nov 2019

I started a lawn mowing business in my neighborhood reaching out to neighbors and people around the area if they needed lawn care. I made signs and got my name out there which lead me to have about 10 clients in the first year and around 15 in the second year. My business offered mowing and bagging of the grass along with trimming the yard for $25. I proposed a deal for each client to pay for 10 mows upfront for $200 which increased my client loyalty and profit at the same time. I was able to get an early start in business operations, as well as customer service and marketing by starting this business when I was 14.
