Program Support Assistant
-
Jul 2017 - Jun 2019
I work alongside the Executive Director to perform administrative duties and assist with tasks associated with the Board of Directors and personnel. I also provide assistance to the Fiscal Director to process payroll for 23 employees. Helped to facilitate with the migration of a new payroll software system while the Fiscal Director was on leave. One of the great pleasures of my job is working with the public, as well as planning and executing events with our Community Outreach Coordinator. It's rewarding to see the smiles on the children's faces when they are introduced to new ideas or objects. Show less
