Carson is a great innovator and has been a great brand advocate for NASCO. In our time working together, Carson has been at the leading edge of creating content to set NASCO apart on Linkedin. Carson is always thinking outside the box when creating content that can set NASCO apart not only their recruiting efforts but the NASCO brand in general. Carson and I worked together throughout my tenure at NASCO on a variety of initiatives. Because his role initially focused on Branding, our roles intermingled frequently in terms of the overlap between talent acquisition and marketing initiatives. Carson and I worked together on the NASCO Culture book, putting together internal publications about Associate growth, and writing internal articles for the company newsletter. Carson is personable and capable. What sets him apart though is that he has a combination of creativity and logic that is difficult to find in one person. Carson's ability to think strategically while simultaneously breaking the strategy into digestible, actionable chunks makes him a true asset to any organization. More recently Carson's role has grown in scope where he is more involved in product positioning and the growth strategy at NASCO. His can-do attitude, exceptional communication skills, and attention to detail set Carson apart from the crowd. I greatly enjoyed working with him while I was at NASCO and would welcome the opportunity to work with him again in the future!
