I have been very lucky to work closely with Carson as a Communication Studies major at West Chester University. Carson and I have worked together on several team projects. I can always count on her to be a hard-worker and offer creatives ideas. I have continually been very impressed with Carson’s ability to inspire others to stay motivated to accomplish the goal at hand. Carson and I are also in Zeta Tau Alpha together. She is extremely involved in all volunteer aspects of our organization and is a role model to her peers. Any company will be lucky to have Carson as a part of their team.

Carson and I are in the same Communications Course and she has been an outstanding classmate to work with. Carson has such a unique personality and is a great person to work with. She is always reaching out to help others in our class and make sure we are all on track. I am lucky that I have been able to work with Carson this year. I am confident that Carson would be an amazing aspect to any team in the workforce and will have such a successful future.

I currently work at Limoncello as a waitress part-time while I am studying at WCU. This job has taught me how to manage my time between school and work. This job has also taught me a lot about fine dining, excellent customer service and the difference between working at a chain restaurant and an independently owned restaurant. I absolutely love working in this environment and pushing myself to be better for my coworkers (teammates) every shift. At this internship I learned about wealth management and financial advising. I sat in on advising meetings with clients and helped the firm widen their social media exposure. I organized a shredding event for the firms clients this Fall, which helped me improve my people skills and experience working in an office. I began as a host at Firebirds when I was 16 and worked my way up to being a waitress by the time I was 18. This job taught me customer service, people skills, how to work in a fast paced environment and how to work as part of a team and individually. At this job I how to accommodate customers in person and over the phone, communicate wait times to customers and staff members and how to properly greet customers. This was my first experience in a fast paced work environment and I fell in love with it. I loved making customers happy, making quick decisions at the host stand and working in a team atmosphere.
