I provide complete installation of Category 5 and Category 6 type cabling for voice and data. I troubleshoot hardware, including CPU, disk drives, NIC’s, and hard drives. My main duties were setting up workstations, troubleshooting Strata’s and Other Companies Workstations, and Polycom VOIP Phone systems. in March of 2020 I took my current position in the Network Operations Center as a NOC technician, where we monitor large computer networks for problems from a central location.
