I managed Carson as he took on the challenge of launching a new inside sales team at FiveStars. He did an excellent job of hiring, training, and developing sales strategies to consistently achieve targets. He even went above and beyond to develop a lead scoring system to try and better identify opportunities to set his team up for success. Years later, I hired Carson and a growth consultant for my start-up, Redfora. Carson strategized, developed and implemented our first company affiliate program which generated six figures of new revenue in the first 12 months.
