  9/16-3/2019 Quality Assurance Engineer: I was the very first QA – Engineer at academy mortgage and was responsible for building the department from the ground up. Starting with all Manual testing, Getting into Automation testing after about a year. I was responsible for researching and selecting of a GUI Automation tool that the department would utilize to Automate our Loan Originating System (LOS) Daily tasks consist of Writing individual manual test cases from scratch Writing manual regression test cases Proficient in C#, VB, HTML, & Beginner SQL Launch multiple items weekly, Work with developers and LOS systems to complete business needs. Building Automation Regression as well as individual Automated test cases using C# to White Box Test the Loan Origination System (LOS) Academy Mortgage was given an Award from Ellie Mae for one of the features we chose to automate. GUI Automation Platforms familiar with Ranorex - 99% Understanding TestComplete – 75% Understanding Attending multiple meetings such as Daily Stand ups Retro’s Launch’s ITS-Cabs 2/16-9/16 Operations Process Development (OPD) - Technical Writer: Created step by step job aids for training the company on how to interact and perform daily job functions. Drafted large Company emails explaining new features and changes to the system Researched new ways of providing the information to the company. 5/15-2/16 Shipping Specialist I, II & Team Lead: Stacked Collateral and loan files both electronic and paper copies per Investor requests, started working with Auto HotKey to build robots that would automate the Shipping process, and created PowerPoint and Excel training's. As well as Managed a team of 3 people, created their pipelines, trained them on Excel, and was a support for anything needed. Worked closely with LOS system Administrators for process improvements.
