  Assisted in design setup and maintenance of a 16,000 sq foot building that focused on educating the public on where their food comes from. I was responsible for enforcing our E Coli protocols as well as caring for the live animal displays. Other responsibilities included training volunteers in the building, opening, and closing the building and ensuring all guests had a great experience.
