  Responsibilities:►Search some information about the company of the clients from the key person(s) or research via their websites or so on in order to understand the clients’ businesses, working environment and culture of their institutions well.►Do job announcement through Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter to gather CVs of interested candidates. ►Do pre-scanning and shortlisting by screening the CVs that candidates sent, CVs in database (contact candidates to ask for their CVs if they are interested in the job vacancy), networking in LinkedIn, and other social media. ►After shortlisting the targeted candidates, set appropriate schedule to meet them professionally in confidential way. ►Then prepare an accurate assessment report to put within shortlisted candidate’s profiles (Standard CV) to send to our clients. ►Assist the clients for interview arrangement, confirmation, or other information and follow up the candidates before interview date. ►After the successful candidates have accepted the offer from our client in writing, contact to the other candidates to inform the result and thank them for their opportunity interest and time in professional way.►Make sure that both candidates and our clients are fully satisfied with the outcome by following up with each successfully recruited candidates during the first three months of their employment.
