I worked under Joe Carrolo’s guidance at Progress Software where we coordinated one of the largest engagements in Progress Professional Services history. Joe was a very inspiring Vice President. Unlike most, he was always engaged and supportive of his team and customers. Joe would periodically participate on Steering Committees to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. I really admire Joe for his integrity and professionalism. On a personal level, Joe was a mentor and motivated me to pursue my MBA degree. I would highly recommend Joe and welcome the opportunity to work for him again.
