I worked on an adhoc basis but then progressed to working essentially full time in holidays and whenever i was free. I was responsible for the phone, the emails, the clients who would walk in, the waiting area as well as occasionally doing tasks for the finance team. I would regularly have to juggle meeting the clients walking in as well as a 6 person phone queue and care for the people already in the showroom, there was a lot of organisation and quick thinking involved in this position I worked on an adhoc basis but then progressed to working essentially full time in holidays and whenever i was free.
