I had the tremendous good fortune of working with Carrie At Foster High School for three years while I was the principal. She serves as an ELL instructor in a school that serves students from approximately 50 countries. Many of the students that Carrie works with are refugees that come from a variety of difficult situations. Those students could not be more fortunate than to have her as an instructor. Not only is she an expert in her field, but she has the heart and passion to provide these students with an environment in which they will blossom. Carrie's commitment to her students and to education are admirable and a model to follow. Any organization would be fortunate to have her on their team.
