During my 8-year tenure managing manufacturing development, I implemented several cost-saving initiatives. Some career highlights:• Garnered major brewery KPI improvements consistently over 5-year period, including 44% decrease in TCIR, 8% reduction in Macro Extract Loss, 10% increase in Machine Efficiency, and 22% increase in hygiene. • Managed WCM processes for 1K+ employees, encompassing loss and waste analysis, structured problem solving, 5S, changeover reduction, and autonomous maintenance toolkits.• Created successful employee engagement projects; facilitated 50+ training sessions for 4 teams, generating focused improvement projects in SPQSCS.• Entrusted by leadership to support key capital projects valued at $75M+ and led several Focused Improvement Teams on people, process and technology. Created employee recognition programs to further standardization transformation. • Implemented ProSci change management methodology to lead brewery through several changes, including stakeholder analysis, risk analysis, as well as communication, training, project and resistance management planning. Collaborated cross functionally with change leaders on 40+ related projects. • Charged with all aspects of strategic development for Golden brewery plant, partnering across multiple departments including Brewing, Packaging, Customer Service and Supply and Technical Services.
