  I lead the efforts of our marketing and promotion of the Dubuque area. Attended national travel shows keeping Dubuque top on mind as a destination to consider for consumer, groups, and conventions. Our partnership with area businesses played a pivotal role in making our efforts successful. Aggressive committee work plans, unique ideas, marketing components, and different avenues were always being explored. Leveraged private and public partnerships, delivered training sessions, and volunteered in a variety of statewide associations. Sharing a passion for Dubuque, Iowa, and the great area was an easy task.
