  Unit Leaders oversee camper units in Junior and Senior Camp. Unit Leaders need to be experienced teachers or have equivalent experience and have a solid understanding of child development. Unit Leaders are responsible for overseeing a group of children, as well as implementing a child-centered program. Under the guidance of the Camp Director, the Unit Leader develops the schedule and the structure of the program for the whole unit. All Unit Leaders will be supervising Lead Counselors, Counselors, Counselors in Training, and Community Service Counselors. Unit Leaders communicate with parents as needed.
