Nov 2017 - Present
My interest is to listen and collect stories. To discover a sense of belonging and identity in arts and culture with a particular focus on who and what isn’t here. To question and provocate. As a producer and writer, I develop ideas which bring me into conversations about how we do things. How we connect and weave ideas around with funding, policy and practice, progression and connection. I am interested in conversation and research to create long lasting relationships with the arts/cultural and heritage sector. I offer a KIND approach to my practice. Much of my work is centered around stories, reflective practice and research with communities.Supporting ways of working in the arts and cultural sector, I have been developing and researching different practice models to build and grow communities. My approach is person centred, drawing in a number of systems and approaches which strive to place power to communities through cultural engagement. Show less
