Carrie is an incredible human being and one of the most natural leaders I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. Mix that with an Engineering and Project Management background and you have one of the most productive people I’ve ever seen. Carrie is that rare trifecta of very smart, very hard working, and very, very efficient. I revere her.

Daniel I.

Carrie was quick to get up to speed with the babylon core backend (RoR) and team processes: making core logic, APIs for the various front-end applications as well as front-end utilising the Rails full-stack, Angular and React. In particular, Carrie was individually recognised for paying great attention when defining product requirements, creating stories and making estimations. I really enjoyed working with Carrie - communicative and collaborative when defining and resolving technical solutions.
