  Carrie has worked for Beachway since 2014. Her understanding of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family systems guide her treatment of individuals struggling with addiction. Her patients thrive under her guidance due to her level of honesty, empathy, and compassion. Carrie recognizes the severe impact of addiction on both the family and the patient. She believes that underlying emotional and cognitive core issues must be treated alongside addiction to effectively treat the patient. She believes that if these underlying issues are not addressed or explored in treatment, the patient remains at a higher risk of relapse.
