Carrie has genuinely impressed me numerous times, in a variety of leadership communication scenarios. I say that not only because of how she lives what she teaches so effectively, but also because of the impact her teaching has made on me professionally. Her ability to transfer learning, and to develop each individual with whom she engages, has been a notable factor in helping me advance my career through R&D and Operational leadership roles. Even more importantly, I’m not the only person she’s impacted in such a positive way. Amazingly, she appears to have mastered this ability with such ease and natural character. I heartily recommend Carrie as a key leadership addition for a world-class team, particularly when significantly impacting and developing people’s presentation and communication skills is an important outcome for the organization.
