As the associate marketing & events manager, I am responsible for managing projects for our association partners as well as organizing 45+ tradeshows and conferences a year for our sales team. Our association partners each have a large membership base which includes a majority of our job seekers. I work with our associations on promotional marketing collateral, campaigns and putting together a 2018 marketing plan for our platinum partners. By utilizing and strengthening our association partners’ marketing, we are gaining further job seeker traffic to our site. When it comes to organizing 45+ tradeshows and conferences a year, they vary from large association shows with flashy exhibit booths to small state shows with an intimate setting. I am in charge of planning our tradeshow schedule, registering for the tradeshow, coordinating sponsorships, organizing booth material, as well as pre and post event marketing. Each tradeshow gives our sales team extra exposure and potential to close more sales which greatly impacts our ROI. In addition to the association partner marketing and tradeshows, I manage additional marketing campaigns to promote our key products and initiatives.
