  Education Review Office. Te Tari Arotake Mātauranga (ERO.) Business Support Manager. July 2019 – Present I currently Manage three offices: Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin and lead a team of up to 7 administration staff who are located at these sites. I am a member of the regional Senior Leadership Team who are responsible for strategic and annual planning and daily operational issues. Regionally I am responsible for Health, Safety and Wellbeing, I am responsible for the budget and work closely with the Director and Chief Financial Officer to ensure we stay on budget. I plan and lead Events including Regional Huis (conferences), Mihi whakatau and staff functions. I manage contractual agreements with suppliers, contribute to Recruitment and Induction of new staff and promote staff development for existing staff. At a nation level I provide professional assistance for Human Resources, Finance and Legal, I am the lead for the national Publish Reports to the Web Team which involves 20 staff on a roster system. During the first lockdown I was instrumental in developing a new digital system that is now in use nationally in ERO. My contribution was recognising the need for change and enabling staff to be involved, then promoting and providing training all staff in our region. accommodation.
