      My position as Project Coordinator is a member of the Residential Education Team within Housing & Residential Education. I work in a cross-functional environment reporting to the Associate Director of Residential Education (primary supervisor). I also provide administrative support to the Director of Housing & Residential Education as well as project support to the Assistant Director of Residential Education and the Assistant Director of Educational Initiatives. Add and maintain profiles of student leader accounts in StarRez. Ensure the department staff roster is correct and submitted to the University Development to be included in the Advance system. Work with Marketing & Assessment AD. Through Blackboard, provide or remove access to our buildings for anyone within the department, vendors, contractors and other university departments as needed.
