-Handling inquiry either from prospects or clients warmly and ascertain the problems or reasons for calling.-Handling client’s complaints regarding damages furniture through emails or phone calls. -Generating documentations such as Purchase Requisition,Sales Order,Delivery Order and Invoice using SimBiz Software -Scheduling pickup and delivery of Mock Up furniture before clients proceeding to issue Purchase Order. -Attending prospects or clients during Showroom Appointment which involve furniture demonstration, quoting pricing, warranty, delivery service and after delivery service of the furniture according to the company’s SOP and Policy. -Assisting the Sales Director in certain tender to ensure that the Bill of Quantity in tender must be tally with the Layout Plan designed by the designers to avoid any over expenses budget on a project. -Liaising with the Projects Manager regarding the furniture repairing that are still under company’s warranty and then arranging picking up and delivery schedule of furniture repairing. -Preparing and then revising Furniture Quotations either with the Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Director before submitting any quotations to the prospects or clients. -Liaising with Procurement Department to place order of the local products in which handing out documentations such as Sign on Proposal, Purchase Order, Delivery Order and P. Con Planner Layout of the furniture issued by customers.-Laising with Commercial Department in placing order for import products such as Steelcase, Kastel and Stua.-Preparing and sending softcopy of OMM (Operation and Maintenance Manual) to the clients after delivery of the furniture for after delivery services usage. -Updating the Delivery Schedule for any project of the Sales Team to ensure that the furniture arrived on exact time and date.-Arranging the Monthly Sales Meeting in which discussing about goals, performances, strategies and status of projects.
