  Managed a team of 2 – 10 artists providing direction and feedback to shape the final show. Communicated with multiple stakeholders while representing Trickster Theatre within schools, leading meetings throughout the week to deliver all information to faculty, parents, and students while maintaining a role as an artist on the team. Organized rehearsals for up to 28 different classes and adapted schedules to ensure a positive experience for teachers and students.
