I was thrilled to have taken my lifetime passion for motorcycles coupled with my 20+ years in the business, and bring my skills to Woodstock Harley-Davidson. As vehicle sales manager it was my responsibility to see that our customers received first-class customer service. As a team player during my time as sales manager, I was also the acting business manager, title clerk, marketing assistant, etc. whenever required. I always did my best to make customers feel at home at Woodstock H-D. I have been riding over 20 years and I believe life is like a road trip to Sturgis...make the plan, get your bike and set out on an adventure... whether the sun shines or the rain falls- life is better on two wheels. My time here has come to an end due to new upper management restructuring the team. I wish my former collegues and customers a genuine H-D farewell. I am currently seeking a position that will bring my experience, passion and creativity to fulfill the needs of professional and success-driven team!! Show less

    • Sales/F&I Manager
      • Sep 2013 - Jan 2015

Rising to the challenges while working at Harley-Davidson of New York City, I co-managed the development of the sales department from hiring to training, implementing sales procedures and maintaining goals while working towards growth. This one of a kind Harley-Davidson flagship dealership features H-D NYC custom and stock bikes, parts, clothing and general merchandise. H-D of NYC has the world's first and only Harley-Davidson "power wall" and a café! My role as sales and finance manager was designed to assist Harley enthusiasts in living the dream, while sharing my experience and knowledge with the rest of the sales staff for the best possible customer experience. My goal made purchasing and customizing a Harley-Davidson motorcycle attainable for every budget. My expertise enabled both the customer and the dealership a long and sustainable relationship. I have moved on from this position to fulfill my goals of continuing to work with H-D while also being closer to my familly in upstate NY for my next phase of life. Life is a journey- enjoy the road and ride the curves. There is adventure around every corner! Show less

I am a salesperson, specializing in BMW and Harley-Davidson motorcycles. With 20 years in the business, I know how to set someone up on the right bike that suits their needs, experience and budget! I believe customer service is a sales person's #1 priority, and integrity to be the foundation of any deal. I do this because I love it and I have a sincere desire to pass along the love of motorcycling to my clients. I don't just sell motorcycles, I help make dreams come true! My experience includes leading a customer through their very first introduction to riding and explaining the features and benefits of the many different models, to negotiating a deal, assisting with financing, evaluating a trade-in vehicle, outfitting the bike with accessories and making sure the guests buying experience is the very best possible. As a client advisor I facilitated the complete sales process from generating leads through delivery. I focused on the customers' needs, overcoming objections and meeting their expectations in riding goals and budget. I qualified customers, scheduling and executed demo rides, evaluated trade-ins, optimized incentive programs, assisted with financing, promoted the sale of additional accessories and riding gear, and finished with a complete overview of the motorcycle during the delivery process. I was responsible for maintaining a customer client base through follow up calls and emails using the Autobase clientele tracking system, and cultivating new clients through internal and external sources. I exemplified proficiency using BMW DCS Net/Motorrad, BMW Financial Services Infobahn, and ADP systems. During my tenure, I was an integral part of the dealership's achievement of BMW's highest award as a "Center of Excellence". I have consistently shown my level of professional standards by maintaining a high percentage in the customer satisfaction index, and as top sales performer for 2008. My commitment to promote the company and product extends in my enthusiastic participation in dealer events, group rides, and trade shows. Show less

While at Harley-Davidson of Essex, I was responsible for the sale of motorcycles, parts and accessories, as well as motorclothes and merchandise, and setting the dealer image including all visual displays. As a motorcycle salesperson, I assisted customers with the selection of all models, processed loans, appraised trade-ins, provided insurance and sold extended warranties. I completed the sales process with the overview of the operations and maintenance of the motorcycle. In the parts department I provided customers with assistance in the selection of accessories, special orders and customization of their motorcycle. I was responsible for maintaining inventory control as well as research and delivery of parts to the service department, including writing work orders and estimates. While working with merchandising and display, I created and maintained a fresh dealer image and assisted customers with selections and fitment of helmets, gloves, jackets and all riding gear. I worked with the department manager in selecting and ordering stock seasonally. Show less
