From 2014 Jan.to now , my role is PMC associate manager in ISC department at Cosmo, leading PMC team to manage customer order , keep continue improvement for planning process , work with cross-functional departments to get better working efficiency & cooperation. 1. Assist and work with team member to review customer order fulfilment performance. Drive cross-functional department to provide the recovery plan for any performance discrepancy( plan vs. actual ), on time escalation to customer for capacity problem to achieve on time delivery agreed with Customer. Highlight / materials pull in request / or material excess liability claim due to demand fluctuation , Review project MIL with team and push on time implement.( ISC Weekly report/ PMC Weekly issues highlight/ Project update report ) So as to find out the risk and work with team for mitigation plan. 2. Work on improvement plan for team , target to increase the planning efficiency and cost saving by doing the output achievement analysis / materials inventory analysis / work with SQE team to shorten scrap materials handling / material LT & MOQ & best delivery schedule negotiation / Material & FG DOI control .( UPH achieventment & Delta alaysis / Labor second analysis / Inventory analysis ) 3. Continuing give training to team member and keep improving the WI and planning process , apply Lean concept in working to improve the working efficiency . Assist team to achieve the PMC KPI. The first two years in Cosmo , my role is Sr.PMC in ISC department , main responsibilities are do the capacity & production planning, material requirement planning , DOI control and customer order fulfilment for Apple iPad smart case & cover product . 1. Do Weekly MPS forecast analysis & comparison by quarterly / monthly / weekly level , and adjust the proper labor resource , materials requirement and material delivery base on demand downside & upside fluctuation ( MPS analysis & comparison report ) 2. According to weekly MPS forecast analysis, use UPH/ Line readiness / Labor resources / Efficiency rate / Yield rate to do capacity planning , and base on materials inventory & delivery schedule to do build plan, Daily Review the production actual input & output to verify the backlog / Delta & discuss with related supporting department ( MT/PD/Prod/ ME ) to work out the root cause & recovery plan.( Ramp plan & Build plan & IOS report )3. According to weekly MPS forecast analysis, do the material requirement planning and material delivery schedule monitor and follow up base on Ramp plan or input plan , target to keep the material DOI control to prevent line down and keep safety inventory level . According to weekly MPS forecast and actual production output , do packaging arrangement & shipment plan , regularly review with shipment plan & Ramp plan with internal supporting department (PM/ MT/PD/Prod/ME ) and customer to improve the OTD rate .
