I work to implement small group center times, with a targeted approach so that each student could work towards their individualized goal. I worked to implement Read Naturally as a literacy intervention. In addition, I was apart of the School Improvement team, the RTI team, as well as a team that worked with a representative at Michigan State University to promote our school's Priority School status.

I was able to orchestrate small group reading centers, that were strategically arranged to hit on each student's strengths and weaknesses. I also implemented AIMSweb and PALS in order to increase literacy skills. In addition, I was appointed as the 2-3 Literacy Representative for the school.
