Lake Eola Heights is an historic district in the heart of downtown Orlando. Our houses range from the late 1800's until today, but most were built between 1915 and 1949. As an all volunteer board serving the families of Lake Eola Heights, we work tirelessly with the City of Orlando and developers to ensure the preservation of the historic characteristics of the community and avoid infill in and around the Heights that is not in keeping with the nature of the community. We also create events for our members and the community including the semi-annual garden tour, annual block party, Christmas Lights competition and Garden of the Month competition. The neighborhood has it's own Facebook page where members share information. It's great to live and work in LEHHNA!

As an accomplished Realtor® I have achieved Top Producer status each year I've been in business. I am an Accredited Buyer Representative, Foreclosure Resource, and am ORRA Gold Key certified. I pride myself on offering each of my customers the utmost customer service as a full-time REALTOR® assisting both buyers and sellers throughout Downtown Orlando and its surrounding communities. A local for 12 years, I am an expert on the area’s unique boroughs and communities from Lake Eola Heights to College Park, Thornton Park, and Colonialtown. I enjoy helping my clients find their perfect home in the area, and highly recommend downtown thanks to its rich history, unique culture, inviting atmosphere, and great investment potential. In today’s competitive market, my insider knowledge is a true advantage for my clients. “I make certain my buyers’ offer is strong and competitive - my buyers win in those competitions a lot more than they lose! I enjoy assisting clients who are ready to make a move, and pride myself on my marketing expertise. I work with my sellers to stage their homes to make them appeal to the most buyers possible. I have sold 100% of my listings, even the tough ones that were on busy streets or had odd layouts.

As a Real Estate Consultant I help individuals and families in the Central Florida area find their next dream home. By listening to my clients, I get to know what exactly are their needs and desires and then scour the market to meet them. Of course for many people to be able to make that move, they need to sell their current property. I work with my sellers to prepare their homes for showing and find the right price. I then create a marketing package to get that home sold thus allowing them to move forward. Every day is a great day at Keller Williams!

I began my time at CIBA Vision working as a tax accounting clerk but when I decided to return to school to get my Masters Degree in Education, I needed a more flexible time schedule. Working in the customer service department gave me that flexibility and an opportunity to further experience what our company was about. I totally enjoyed my work with the other reps and with the customers.
